my name is ruby and i’m a ceramic artist based in long beach, california. all of my work is thrown on the wheel and finished by hand.

my work is inspired by the world around me, such as nature, medieval weaponry, ironwork, and other art.

the handmade, slow crafted nature of my work means that every piece is truly unique. all work will have slight variations in shape, color, and size, resulting in pieces that have their own individual personalities.

additionally, i strive to use recycled and reused packing materials whenever possible, so expect to see some lightly used packaging for your ceramics.
